In the january 2009 issue of the magazine Traffic Technology International, Jean-Hubert Wilbrod explains the advantages of combining different technologies when high performance is required: “Traffic measurement and incident/congestion is being combined with wrong way driver detection in this field test in France. Both traffic managers and road users are set to benefit from the all in one technology…”
