EAGLEVIA

EagleVia is a high performance and low power consumption platform dedicated to road traffic monitoring. It can monitor up to 6 lanes simultaneously. EagleVia is mounted on a pole at a height depending on the application.

EagleVia is based on an advanced traffic sensor analyzing video and sound incoming from under the device. Thanks to a real time processing of these two information sources, it detects vehicles and measures their speed. On each lane, it classifies vehicles as car or as lorry. Over a selectable time cycle, these parameters are integrated and the occupancy is calculated for each lane. Then all these parameters are delivered either on the radio interface or on the electrical serial interface. A smart webcam feature is provided on two cameras. These cameras see the road in the two opposite directions. When traffic is low, the transmission rate of pictures remains low. When traffic grows, pictures are refreshed at the maximum speed.

Congestion detection is a part of the native features of EagleVia. Flow and speed thresholds can be remotely programmed. EagleVia Traffic sensor can be enhanced with incident detection, and wrong way driver detection.

WEBVIA

INTERNET BASED TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

WebVia is a server suite dedicated to traffic management. 4 tools are provided around the same data base. WebVia Pro and WebVia Pro Mobile are suited to traffic managers, on road professionals and rescue services. WebVia GP and WebVia GP mobile target road users through collectivities websites.

WebVia Pro provides access to real time traffic data incoming from neavia sensors or any third party sensors through an interactive map interface. On the site map, traffic information is refreshed at the occurrence of any incoming data. Pictures or webcam streams are displayed with respect to traffic or events. Traffic data is stored and can be retrieved in different formats, including spreadsheet. Alarms management tools include warning, display, checking, commenting, storage and phone calls generation. Variable Message Signs can be automatically switched on or off according to detected events like congestion or incidents. Specific user defined messages can also be uploaded in case of road works for instance.

An administrator interface enables rights management for different categories of users. WebVia Pro can also be used as a remote interface to a largest traffic management system. WebVia can be enhanced with an optional travel time calculation engine.
