Jean-Hubert WILBROD, President & CEO, founded the company in August 2003. He brings more than 20 years of experience in telecom, transportation and defense businesses, including more than 12 years in executive positions. He started his career as a researcher on submarine fiber optics at France Telecom R&D. Later, he became Director of Development of an R&D company working for transportation and defense agencies. In 1991, he founded Optran Technologies, targeting the high bit rate measurement market.

As President and CEO, he built the team, product portfolio and sales network. After the acquisition of Optran by NetTest in 2000, and until 2003, he became Vice President of NetTest, and General Manager of Business Unit. Jean-Hubert WILBROD is graduated from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications, Paris and Doctor in Physics from Université of Saint-Etienne.
